Corn On The Cob With Chilli Butter

Ingredients

1 vacuum packed corn on the cob,
Olive oil
30g/1oz butter
1 red chilli, de-seeded and finely diced
1 lime, cut into wedges

Method

  1. Preheat a griddle pan.
  2. Preheat a small frying pan.
  3. Drizzle a little oil over the corn before placing it in the griddle pan.
  4. Griddle corn for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Melt the butter in the small frying pan and add the chilli.
  6. Remove the corn from the griddle pan and place on a plate.
  7. Pour the chilli butter over the corn, decorate with lime wedges and serve.
