Garlic & Ginger Stir Fry

Ingredients

75g/3oz sirloin steak, cut into thin slices
2 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
1 tsp fresh ginger, finely chopped
1 pak choi, sliced in 4 lengthways
50g/2oz noodles, par-cooked
1 tbsp sesame oil
Handful fresh coriander

Method

  1. Marinate the steak strips in sesame oil, garlic and ginger for a minimum of 3 minutes.
  2. Toss the marinate and steak in a hot frying pan or wok and stir-fry quickly with the noodles and pak choi until the steak is cooked to your liking.
  3. Serve dressed with fresh coriander.
